The Vic has recently reopened after being sold to Greene King after many decades as a family run pub but further change awaits.

The Vic closed for some time after being purchased by Greene King to be part of their Chef & Brewer branded pub chain. But it has recently reopened, predictably serving Greene King IPA. However, it is likely that come the autumn it will once again close for a major refurbishment.
