An 18th-century hotel in the narrow historic town centre streets, it retains most of its multi-roomed interior with old fireplaces, but the bar fittings date from c.1970. Note the good 'Coffee Room' etched panel in the door from the lobby to the right room. A regularly changing range of four ales mostly from Welsh breweries.
