The only pub for miles around, the Garthangharad Hotel (circa 1736, extended to a hotel in 1840) is situated in the centre of the village, just over the Afon Gwril bridge from the local shop. Comprising a front lounge, rear bar, and outside courtyard / beer garden with picnic tables. Pub food, and accommodation available.
