The Glan Yr Afon/Riverside is 16th century grade II listed building. It lies at the centre of the picturesque village of Pennal adjacent to the River Sychan (which runs into the River Dyfi) and directly opposite the historic St. Peter and Vincula Church. The pub has become a Community run pub, serving up to 3 real ales (less in winter). It is convenient for the Wales Coast Path, and X29 bus stop close by.
